Training for students “Effective interaction in a team”

On November 29, 2023, at the Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology, on the basis of the UDHTU Art Space, the training “Effective Team Interaction” was held for students, the trainer of which was Olena Bobir. She revealed to those present the types, models and features of the team. The participants found out for themselves what makes a team different from a group and what affects its effectiveness.

During the event, students formed teams and competed, performing various tasks aimed at forming effective team interaction. The participants understood that effective communication requires the successful use of tools (persuasion, argumentation, influence, etc.).

The purpose of such training is to develop the skills of successful cooperation of team members in various situations, to create favorable conditions for an atmosphere of trust, to relieve emotional tension, to understand team values and their acceptance by each participant, to practice the ability to communicate constructively in order to create a unified team. At the training, the participants felt part of a team and, with the help of practical and interactive exercises, improved teamwork skills.

An atmosphere of trust, support and positivity prevailed at the event, which allows students to unite, form common principles and direct them to constructive activities.
