Employment Assistance Department is working at SHEI USUCT, which aims to create conditions for the effective realization of the students and graduates’ right to work. The Department provides graduates with the first work place, and increases their competitiveness in the labor market.

The main role in organization and employment of graduates of SHEI USUCT is closely linked with the production and orientation of students to specific places of the future work, starting mainly with the 4th year of education. Students practice at these enterprises, prepare their term papers and diploma projects on the subject of future work.

Main tasks of the Department’s activity:

  •  assistance in the employment of University graduates;
  • analysis of supply and demand in the labor market;
  • establishing cooperation with the public employment service, enterprises, institutions and organizations that may be potential employers for students and graduates;
  • informing University students and graduates about vacancies at enterprises, institutions and organizations corresponding to their professional training (specialty).

Employment Assistance Department, together with employers, implements joint projects, one of which is the annual Job Fair.

The Job Fair of SHEI USUCT is a specialized event where employers have the opportunity to meet with students and university lecturers. Potential employers present their companies, available vacancies, internship programs or youth recruitment programs, and form the company’s brand name. First of all, such work allows companies to form their personnel reserves database for the future. Students have the opportunity to present their resumes to representatives of enterprises and organizations, learn about the requirements for candidates, and apply for an interview.
