Learning a foreign language in the modern world is one of the most important components of a modern, successful person. Knowledge of at least one foreign language increases the outlook and allows you to know the culture and customs of other people.

The Department of  Philology and Translation gives the possibility to future engineers to continue studying a foreign language or begin studying a second foreign language.

Founded in 1935, the Department has a long history.

The staff of the Department has 1 professor, 1 associate professor, and 7 senior lecturers.

Teachers and graduate students of the Department take an active part in the research work.
