The Primary TRADE UNION ORGANIZATION of SHEI USUCT

The primary trade union organization of SHEI USUCT brings together students, post-graduate students and university staff. Entry into the union is conducted on a voluntary basis without any restriction due to nationality, racial affiliation, sex, party or religious convictions. The primary trade union organization of SHEI USUCT is a member of the Dnipropetrovsk regional organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Ukraine. The trade union organization of the University is constructed in accordance with the production structure. A trade union committee, elected by the highest governing body of the university’s trade union organization – a conference, manages the work of the trade union organization. The main direction of the work of the trade union committee and its structural divisions is the representation, implementation and protection of labor, socio-economic rights and interests of employees and students – members of the union. In the area of ​​attention of the trade union, the question of wages, the organization of health improvement, leisure, the life of employees, students and members of their families, the issue of ensuring healthy and safe working conditions and training. The commission of the trade union committee does implementation of these kinds of work.
