Building together a positive culture of safety and health

World Labor Day.

The new motto of the World Day of Safety and Health at Work in 2022 “Let’s form a positive safety and health culture together” (Act together to build a positive safety and health culture). The ILO stressed that having a robust OSH system, which includes the constructive participation of governments, employers, workers, health entities and all relevant parties at the national and enterprise levels, is critical to protecting working conditions and ensuring safety and health of workers. Thanks to an effective social dialogue, the government and social partners can actively participate in all stages of decision-making processes on occupational health and safety. Social dialogue not only contributes to the improvement of policies and strategies in the field of labor protection, but also helps to implement them faster and more efficiently.
