On December 27, 2022, the presentation of the monograph “Illustrious Figures of the Dnieper: Names Returned from the Past” was held at the “Literary Dnieper” museum. Vol. 3: One of those who did not break”, dedicated to the life and creative path of Oles Dosvitnyi. The book was published with the assistance of the Regional Editorial Board for the preparation and publication of the thematic series “Rehabilitated by History”.

The Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology joined this event in the person of Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Philology and Translation Ludmila Kulakevich, who, along with Ninel Zavertaliuk, Olga Salova and Yuriy Pshenichny, is one of the editors of the publication. The participants of the event learned about Oles Dosvitnyi as an interesting and active politician, a talented writer and publicist who successfully worked in San Francisco and yet returned to Ukraine to participate in its development. The fate of the artist is sad – he was arrested as an enemy of the people, the circumstances of his death have not been fully clarified to this day.
