Grading systems of the institution
A – excellent (excellent results); B – very good (results exceeding the average); C – good (average results); D – satisfactory (acceptable results); E – sufficient (results meeting minimal criteria); FX – insufficient (additional work is required); F– fail (mandatory repeat course). A: 96-100%; B: 86-95%; C: 67-85%; D: 61-66%; E: 51-60%; FX: 35-50%; F: 0-34%

Insurance
In case of traveling, working, or studying in Ukraine, it is strictly recommended to have medical insurance. All needful information can be found here.
Visa
For travel passports, people from the Slovak republic have visa-free for up to 90 days for 180 days. If you are from another country checking visa requirements can be done via the site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. If you need to stay more than 90 days, check for a temporary residence permit.
Accommodation
International students can be provided with the university’s accommodation facilities (dormitory or hotel of the university). In the case of city hotels choosing, please use this resource.

Warning! By letter No. 1/9-326 dated April 29, 2011, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine stopped considering Work & Travel USA as a program of cultural exchange and internship abroad. Therefore, student participation in Work & Travel USA programs will not be considered as a reason for issuing a foreign business trip.
Translation of income certificate (for submission to visa centers)
The translation is filled out independently on the basis of the original document and it has to be certified by the head of the international cooperation department.
Cooperation agreement in general form
Additional information on signing cooperation agreements. If you are traveling abroad and considering a cooperation agreement signing with foreign educational and scientific institutions, you can use a cooperation agreement in general form that can be downloaded from the link above. The last has to be modified according to the conditions and goals of further cooperation. The fields marked in yellow must be filled. Warning!!! After editing the cooperation agreement, the final version is submitted to the legal department for approval (room 322 of the main building).
