Congratulations on the anniversary of Professor Valenty Mykhailovych Nabiwach

The Department of “Technology of Inorganic Substances and Ecology” congratulated the 90th birthday of the respected Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Valenty Mykhailovych Nabyvach.

Valentyn Mykhailovych is a well-known scientist in the field of chromatography, chemist, expert in the field of ecology and environmental protection.

In 1955, he graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Chemical Technological Institute (now Ukrainian State Chemical Technological University). He worked for three years at a coke-chemical plant as a production foreman.

In 1958, the scientific activity of V.M. Nabyvach began. at the Department of Fuel Chemical Technology of DHTTI. In 1963, a candidate’s thesis was successfully defended, and in 1991 – a doctoral dissertation. From 1965 to 1972, he was the dean of the Faculty of Technology of High Molecular Weight Compounds.

Since 2000, Professor V.M. Nabyvach works at the “Technology of inorganic substances and ecology” department and becomes a well-known specialist in the field of environmental protection.

Valentyn Mykhailovych is the author of 4 monographs and textbooks, co-author of more than 290 scientific papers. Three PhD theses were defended under his supervision.
