Synergy of education and the labor market: experience of partnership for the formation of labor potential, recovery of the economy in the state and the region
On Wednesday, June 21, a press conference “Example of employers’ participation in the training of future specialists: interaction between the University and the Cluster” was held in the press center of the “Open” TV channel.
Speakers:
- Natalia Isaeva – founder and director of the “FormatA+ Publishing and Printing House”, public figure, volunteer, head of the NGO “Cluster of Printing Industry, Publishing Houses and Digital Technologies” Printing: logistics, service, quality”;
- Olga Sverdlikovska – dean of the Faculty of Economics, Humanities and Law of the Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology, professor of the Department of Technologies of Fuels, Polymer and Printing Materials, doctor of chemical sciences, head of scientific research laboratory “Paint and printing materials”.
They talked about the development of public-private partnership in order to increase the competitiveness of the printing industry in the region, the introduction of dual training of personnel potential, the transfer of technologies, the improvement of qualifications, competencies, as well as the replenishment of the material and technical base for future specialists.
