  1. Physical chemistry.
Is taught to students in the following specialties:
“Chemical technologies and engineering” (161); “Sectoral engineering” (133); “Automation and computer-integrated technologies” (151); “Applied Mechanics” (131).
  2. Physical and Colloidal Chemistry.
It is taught to students in the following specialties:
“Food Technologies” (181); “Biotechnology and Bioengineering” (162); “Publishing and Printing” (186); “Pharmacy” (226).
  3. Physical chemistry in Ecology.
It is taught to students of the specialty “Ecology” (101).

Teaches the students of the specialty “Teploenergetika” (144).
  5. Surface phenomena and properties of disperse systems.
It is taught to students of the specialty “Chemical technologies and engineering” (161).

Courses  “Physical Chemistry”  and  “Surface phenomena and disperse systems”  are fundamental chemical disciplines. The mastery of the basics of these disciplines is necessary for the study of the following chemical and technological training courses.

The subject of discipline “Physical Chemistry”  is to establish interconnection , connection of chemical and physical phenomena in different systems. The purpose of the discipline  – to provide future engineer-technologists with theoretical knowledge of the basic laws that determine the direction of chemical processes, their speed, the influence of various factors on the chemical and phase equilibrium; the conditions for obtaining the maximum output of the required product; to form skills of application of physicochemical methods of research for solving the main problems of chemical technology.

The subject of the discipline  “Surface phenomena and disperse systems”  consists in assimilating students theoretical ideas about the features of a heterogeneous disperse state in which there can be any substances and materials, acquiring the skills of applying the laws of physical chemistry, which are established for ideal systems, with respect to real systems . The purpose of the discipline  – to provide students with the technological direction of theoretical knowledge and experimental skills regarding disperse systems and surface phenomena to create one of the constituent parts of the base for further study of the special disciplines necessary for the comprehensive training of the relevant specialists.
