Our students at “Lviv Polytechnic”
The most active students of our university as part of the “United Ukraine” program visited the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies of the Lviv Polytechnic National University.
On the first day, we visited modern laboratories, visited historical classrooms, in one of which Marie Curie gave a lecture in July 1912. They got acquainted with the rich history, possibilities, plans, prospects and sponsors of the university, and also had the opportunity to talk with a teacher of the Lviv Polytechnic.
The most active students of the International Technical University gave us a tour of Lviv and told us about its history. Students also had the opportunity to visit the recreation center “Polytechnic-2”, located in the village of Slavsk, observing beautiful views of the Carpathians. The students exchanged the experience of leading student self-governments, the possibilities of both universities, and the creative ideas of the most active students.
For these 4 days, the activists of both institutes were grateful to both universities for the meeting. Cooperation has begun, there are plans and ambitions for the future, students will actively work on joint solutions for effective cooperation between universities.
Thank you to our new friends, Alina and Stas, for meeting us and receiving us with incredible hospitality. And we also thank our university for such an interesting experience. Now filled with strength and new ideas, we will look forward to our Lviv friends in the walls of our native university.
