Memorial Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred

On February 20, Ukrainians annually celebrate the Day of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and honor the memory of those killed during the protests. The Revolution of Dignity of 2013-2014 started this.

The Revolution of Dignity is one of the largest events in the modern history of Ukraine, the result of which was the overthrow of the regime of the pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych and the restoration of the European course of Ukraine’s development. In the struggle for human and civil rights, democracy and freedom, Ukrainians paid a high price – 107 fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.

Our students did not stay away from this event and honored the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred by laying flowers at the Heroes Memorial.
