Students of the SEI USUCT got acquainted with the art of brewing at LLC “MOVA I KO”
On March 14, 2025, an excursion of the 1st year of the specialty “food technology” took place at LLC “MOVA I KO”. Together with the acting director of the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology of UDUNT SVERDLIKOVSKAYA Olga, the head of the department of technologies of natural and synthetic polymers, fats and food products, professor CHERVAKOV Oleg and the curator of the group, associate professor RUDNEVYA Larisa, the students saw the magic of beer brewing with their own eyes. The company’s specialists interestingly and fascinatingly told about the entire cycle of creating a finished foamy product. They talked about employment opportunities and immersed themselves in the atmosphere of the work process. In addition, between the administration, represented by the acting Olga SVERDLIKOVSKAYA, director of the SEI USUCT, and the main specialists of the enterprise immediately formed a creative tandem, which literally generated ideas for further cooperation.
Students listened with interest about each stage of preparation and processing of raw materials of the technological process of brewing. The enterprise “MOVA I KO” is truly unique. It creates unique types of beer, looks for new tastes, and also involves talented young people in the creative process. Therefore, students of the specialty “food technologies” have the opportunity to become part of the creative team of the enterprise during their studies. And some of our 3rd and 4th year students are already full-fledged employees of this enterprise.
The cooperation between the NNI of the Udmurt Kharkiv State University of Chemical Technology and the enterprise “MOVA I KO” is a clear example of a successful combination of strength, intelligence, skills, abilities and creative inspiration. More to come!
