On March 19, 2025, the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology concluded a memorandum of cooperation with the Public Organization “Packers Club”. The document was signed by the rector of USUST Konstantyn Sukhyi, the acting director of the NNI of USUCT Olga Sverdlikovska, and the director of the NGO Nadiya Kryvoshey.

The cooperation is aimed at expanding opportunities for students and scientists in the field of packaging technologies. The memorandum provides for:

• conducting scientific and practical events (conferences, seminars, round tables);
• information support on global innovations in the packaging industry;
• organizing internships and practices at industry enterprises;
• involving students in competitions for the best packaging and labels;
• promoting international cooperation and participating in international exhibitions and competitions.

Packers Club is a non-profit organization that unites more than 80 enterprises and is the representative of Ukraine in the World Packaging Organization (WPO) and European Packaging Institutions Consortium (EPIC).

Joint activities with leading industry specialists will enable students of the NNI of the USCTU to gain practical experience and be involved in current trends in modern packaging production.
