A significant number of upheavals that took place on the territory of Ukraine over the past 50 days shifted human priorities in wartime conditions, putting security first.

On the basis of DVNZ UDHTU 04/14/2022. there was a meeting of teachers of the Department of Occupational Safety and Life Safety with representatives of the Civil Protection and Life Safety Center of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, which showed that a component of the organization of safety and protection of the population of Ukraine, objects of the economy and national property of the state is training in behavior and actions in the event of an emergency situations (KCZU Article 41 Education of pupils, students and preschool children).

The issues of ensuring the protection of the population, especially from man-made disasters that may arise from the destruction of environmentally dangerous objects during hostilities, were considered. A number of measures were proposed in the context of education of the culture of life safety, implementation of the “culture of chemical safety”.
