In November 2021, Professor Tetiana Viktorivna Lukianenko and Associate Professor Olesia Borysivna Shmychkova received gratitude for their work in Section 4 of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science. They worked on the examination of scientific works, and scientific and technical research created by young scientists.

Section 4 of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is engaged in the examination of projects on new technologies of environmentally friendly production and construction; environmental protection; mining and processing of minerals; chemical processes and substances in ecology; environmental management.

Annually the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine holds competitive selections of scientific works and scientific and technical research created by young scientists. Scientists need to work or study in higher educational institutions and research institutions that belong to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The scientific works that win the competition are carried out at the expense of the general fund of the state budget. Carrying out scientific and scientific-technical examination of projects of scientific works/researchers of young scientists takes place with the help of a unified information system of the Ministry of Education and Science “Science in Universities“.

This very responsible and professional work can be performed only by proficient experts who have recognized scientific achievements and passed the competitive selection.

Tetiana Viktorivna Lukianenko has been a member of Section 4 of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the examination of scientific works, scientific and technical (experimental) research of young scientists since 2015. In June 2016 was elected Deputy Chairman of the same section.

Olesia Borysivna Shmychkova has been a member of Section 4 of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on examination of scientific works, scientific and technical (experimental)   research of young scientists since July 2017.
