Signing of the Memorandum on cooperation with “Metal-print” LLC
On October 10, 2024, the Memorandum on cooperation between the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology” of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and LLC “Metal-Print” (Dnipro) was signed. During the meeting acting rector of the university Kostyantyn Sukhyi, acting the director of the institute Olha Sverdlikovska and the director of the enterprise Maksym Potapchuk identified the main areas of joint work and discussed a detailed roadmap for the implementation of a strategic partnership with the coordination of the interests of all parties through the cooperation of education, science and business.
The main directions of cooperation are the establishment and development of cooperation between the parties in order to implement scientific and educational projects, in particular, to introduce elements of the dual form of obtaining higher education. Future polygraphers and designers will have the opportunity to gain practical experience on the modern equipment of the “Metal-print” company and learn about the advanced technologies used by specialists of the ultra-modern complex for the production of metal packaging.
During the meeting, the X-Ritei1publish Pro3 calibration system was handed over to the educational and scientific institute “Ukrainian State Chemical and Technological University” of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology for use in the process of training future specialists, advanced training, internships, etc. Maksym Potapchuk, mentor of the Public organization “Cluster of printing industry, publishing houses and digital technologies “Printing: logistics, service, quality”, director of Metal-Print LLC, handed over the purchased equipment for the launch of a laboratory workshop, research works and a training point to Acting rector of the university Kostyantyn Sukhoi.
Now students of specialties 186 “Publishing and printing” and 022 “Design” will have the opportunity to improve their skills of calibration and practical implementation of the basics of coloristics within the walls of their native Alma Mater.
Therefore, we hope for the development of activities in the direction of common interests, because constant cooperation with the leaders of the printing industry gives the representatives of the academic community the opportunity to be in the trend of technology development, to know the needs of the market and to provide students of higher education with up-to-date knowledge on the modern equipment of the leading enterprise of the region.
