SEI USUCT held a career guidance quest for students of 97 Lyceum of Dnipro
On December 9, 2025, the team of the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology (USUCT) visited Dnipro Lyceum No. 97 of the Dnipro City Council and organized a dynamic career guidance quest for high school students. The format of the event gave students the opportunity not only to hear about the university’s specialties, but also to try themselves as future specialists.
For 45 minutes, students chose locations that represented various educational and scientific institutions. At each of them, participants were faced with practical tasks:
- pressing tablets and getting to know the basics of pharmaceutical technologies;
- determining water and beverage quality indicators;
- basic elements of biomedical engineering;
- analysis of vitamin content in products;
- mini-marketing research;
- interactive computer tasks and simulations.
The students worked with equipment, performed experiments, and learned in practice what each specialty is. For successfully completing the locations, participants received Uduntyki tokens, which could be exchanged for gifts after completing the quest.
In addition to the tasks at the locations, the students talked with representatives of the institutes, got acquainted with the educational programs, viewed demonstration materials, and also received musical encouragement from the “Just Dance” team of the USUST Center for Culture, Arts and Media. A pleasant bonus was the meeting with Mr. USUST-2025.
Such an interesting format allowed future applicants to better understand the specifics of the study and experience the university environment firsthand.
Thank you to Lyceum 97 for your hospitality and interest! We continue to open the world of modern chemical, technological and engineering professions to students.
