Memorandum on cooperation with the “Open” TV channel
Students of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology will undergo an internship on the “Open” TV channel. On November 8, 2023, the relevant memorandum of cooperation was signed by the director of the media holding Natalia Babachenko and the acting rector of the university Kostyantyn Sukhii. Within the walls of the university, the parties discussed urgent issues and declared cooperation with the corresponding memorandum.
“This is a memorandum on cooperation in the framework of student training. We have a large number of training programs that train journalists related to this field, so this is timely. It is also an opportunity to jointly popularize the democratic society of our country, deliver news to society, and popularize education in Ukraine. According to all estimates, Open is the leading TV channel of the city and of Ukraine, I think that it will help us and the channel as a whole to develop,” said the acting rector of the university Kostyantyn Sukhii.
Students of the state university will now have much more opportunities to prove themselves, gain experience and learn first-hand about the peculiarities of work in the field of journalism.
“This is a great event for us, because I really like it when young people come to us. It is interesting with them, and it is very exciting to teach them and to see how in a few years a person becomes a cool specialist. If the kind of cooperation we agreed on today takes place, it will mean that students will leave the university with experience. Well, it’s a cool thing,” noted Nataliya Babachenko, director of the “Open” media holding.
