On October 23, 2024, a master class on shopper painting entitled “Colorful dreams on a shopper” was held in the Art Space of the National Institute of the USUCT. This stylish and comfortable accessory, created by your own hands, turns into a real work of art that complements any image and expresses the individuality of the owner.

Our students were able to create a unique design for shoppers, expressing their ideas and emotions through colors and patterns. Such creative activities are part of art therapy, a method that helps maintain mental health and facilitates the expression of emotions. In the conditions of modern life, when daily stresses often affect our well-being, art becomes an effective tool for self-care, reducing feelings of anxiety and improving mood.
