On May 30, 2025, the I round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty 161 Chemical technologies and engineering was held at the SEI USUCT.

The Deputy Director of the SEI USUCT, Associate Professor KOZLOV Yaroslav, and the Chairman of the Competition Commission, Professor SMOTRAEV Roman, addressed the participants of the Competition with a welcoming speech.

The competition committee provided consideration of student scientific works submitted to the competition committee from the following departments:

• technology of fuels, polymer and printing materials (TPP and PM),
• technology of inorganic substances and ecology (TNR and E),
• pharmacy and technology of organic substances (F and TOR),
• analytical chemistry and chemical technology of food additives and cosmetics (AK and HTCD and KZ).

Based on the evaluation of student scientific works and scientific reports of the participants of the final conference, the competition committee determined the winners of the first round.
