On May 13, 2026, as part of the educational project “GREEN-ED. Green Education of Dnipro”, students of grades 8–9 from the Dnipro Lyceum No. 123 “Tandem” of the Dnipro City Council visited the departments and research laboratories of SEI «Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology» USUCT at USUST.

The schoolchildren took part in an informative tour of the institute’s modern laboratories, where they learned about current trends in science, technology, and engineering. They saw the university’s educational environment, modern equipment, and the practical application of scientific developments.

The next part of the visit was a tour of the History Museum of SEI USUCT. During the excursion, the students learned about the university’s establishment and development across different historical periods, listened attentively, and actively asked questions. Particular interest was shown in the institute’s current life — the educational process, scientific activities, and students’ participation in conferences, creative events, volunteer and student initiatives. The schoolchildren gained a better understanding of how education, science, and active student life are combined.

Also, the students visited the exhibition of original works by PSACEA students “Fragments”, which has been on display since May 8, 2026, in the Art Space of SEI USUCT.** The exposition presented various directions of modern student creativity, combining individual artistic approaches and experiments with form and material. While viewing the exhibition, the schoolchildren carefully examined the works, inquired about the authors’ ideas, artistic techniques, and project creation process, shared impressions, and asked questions about students’ creative development.

The visit to SEI USUCT gave students the opportunity to comprehensively explore both the university’s scientific and educational environment and the modern artistic space where young people realize their ideas and creative potential.
