Excursion of students of the specialty 181 Food technologies at PrJSC “MHP”

Students of the second year of the specialty 181 Food technologies, who are currently studying the discipline “General technologies of the food industry”, at the invitation of specialists of PJSC “MHP” on December 7, 2023, visited broiler chicken meat production shop.

The purpose of the excursion was to acquaint students with higher education with modern technologies and consolidate theoretical knowledge.

Shop master – Tetyana Valentynivna Burda together with the students visited production sites, where they had the opportunity to directly observe the execution of technological processes.

All questions that arose were gladly answered by the head of the slaughterhouse and processing of broiler chickens – Bohdan Vadymovych Vyborny and the personnel management service specialist – Tetyana Anatoliivna Tkachova.

Students got a general idea of modern production, got acquainted with the structure of the enterprise, with the conditions and specifics of working at them.
