Excursion of students of the Department of Information Systems to the SoftServe company
On May 24, 2023, students of the Department of Information Systems visited the office of one of the largest software development companies in Central and Eastern Europe – IT company SoftServe.
During the visit, they took a tour of the office, learned about the working conditions, social packages of the company’s employees, about the company’s charity events, and most importantly – had the opportunity to communicate with the company’s representatives and get answers to any questions.

According to the results of a large-scale study of the Ukrainian employer market during the war, conducted by Forbes together with the job search site Work.ua, the SoftServe company entered the top 10 best employers in the country and, of course, it is a potential employer for students of “Computer Science” and < strong>“Software engineering”, for which training is conducted at the graduation department of information systems. Therefore, the issues that were discussed related to educational initiatives from SoftServe Academy, opportunities to study at courses and participate in internships with the aim of future employment with the company. They also learned about the current qualification requirements for candidates and the demand for various directions in the industry.
