From the first weeks of training, future specialists get to know potential employers and working conditions in the leading companies of the industry. The SoftServe office is a modern space that combines work areas with opportunities for relaxation. Today, SoftServe has offices around the world, including the United States, Poland, Bulgaria, Mexico and other countries.

Office tours have become a traditional event for graduates of the department as part of the implementation of cooperation with stakeholders and are not the only activity implemented in accordance with agreements on cooperation with employers. SoftServe also offers extensive career and educational opportunities that are a great start for young professionals. SoftServe organizes internal courses, trainings, workshops, in which the department’s graduates take part. The company also has its own SoftServe IT Academy, which allows young specialists to acquire practical skills and undergo internships in real projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
