Dedication to students in 2022

On September 6, the main holiday of the year for the Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology took place – it was on this day that the Khimtech family was replenished with new students.

The culprits of the holiday – first-year students led by deans, their parents, students and teachers gathered in the hall of the main building for solemn congratulations on the beginning of a new interesting stage in their lives.

For this year’s freshmen, fate has prepared a difficult test – to be a student in wartime. But everyone keeps their front in the fight for Free, Strong and Independent Ukraine!

Rector Kostyantyn Sukhy handed yesterday’s entrants a symbolic student card and wished them good luck and success in their studies, as well as to believe in our Victory.

Those present thanked the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, thanks to whom teachers and students are able to study and work for the benefit of Ukraine, and observed a moment of silence for those who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

The first-year students filled the symbolic heart of Khimtech with their wishes, which should come true during their years of study at UDHTU – the only specialized institution of higher education in Ukraine with a chemical and technological direction of training.

We wish first-year students success on their way to science!
