On January 30, 2026, a career orientation meeting with lyceum students of Lyceum No. 7 in Dnipro was held at the SEI PDABA USUST. The event was attended by representatives of the admissions committee, various departments of the university, as well as a senior lecturer at the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering of the SEI USUCT Tetyana Dubovyk, who presented the educational opportunities of USUST and the prospects for studying in technical and engineering specialties.

During the meeting, lyceum students were introduced to the features of studying at the university, opportunities for academic development, part icipation in projects, internships, and student initiatives. Special attention was paid to the following specialties:

• F7 “Computer Engineering”,
• G7 “Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics”,
  as well as the prospects for professional implementation in the field of IT, automation, robotics and industrial digital technologies.

The interactive part of the event aroused great interest among schoolchildren – participation in a quest to recognize the properties of robots and a thematic quiz of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering. This format allowed combining the cognitive component with practical acquaintance with modern technologies.

The event contributed to the formation of a conscious choice of future profession, increasing the interest of young people in engineering and digital specialties and strengthening the connection of USUST with schools in the region.
