On November 5, 2025, representatives of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology held a career guidance webinar for undergraduate students of the graduating course of the Slavic Vocational College of Industry and Pharmacy. The institution has over 125 years of history and trains specialists in the following popular specialties:

• G1 Chemical Technology and Engineering,
• G11 Mechanical Engineering (by specialization),
• E2 Ecology,
• I8 Pharmacy.

The university was presented by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Advertising and Information Activities and Communications Olga Ryzhova and the Head of the Department of Career, Employment and Cooperation with Stakeholders Alexey Sigunov. They spoke about USUST educational programs and the opportunities that our students receive – from modern material and technical base to career support and participation in scientific projects.

Special attention during the meeting was paid to preparation for the NMT-2026. College graduates were offered to take a special test in the Ukrainian language, mathematics and history of Ukraine to assess their own level and identify topics that require improvement. If necessary, participants will be able to improve their results at the USUST preparatory courses under a separate program.

Those who already have NMT results from previous years were given the opportunity to calculate their competitive score and learn about personal recommendations for admission in 2026.

College graduates and employees showed significant interest in studying at UDUNT, actively asked questions and discussed opportunities for further professional development. We hope that next year many of them will join our university community and continue their education in their chosen specialties.
