Vesnyana Cleanup at SEI USUCT
On March 24, 2026, a traditional spring clean-up event took place at SEI USUCT, actively involving students, academic staff, and university leadership.
The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Food and Chemical Technologies, Professor Valerii Ivanovych Ovcharov, the Rector of USUST, Professor Kostiantyn Mykhailovych Sukhyi, the Director of SEI USUCT, Professor Olha Serhiivna Sverdlikovska, Deputy Director, Associate Professor Yaroslav Mykolaiovych Kozlov, as well as the Director of the Dnipro Institute of Infrastructure and Transport, Professor Mykhailo Ivanovych Kapitsa.
Through joint efforts, the participants improved the university’s inner courtyard: they cleaned the area, refreshed the flower beds, and planted juniper seedlings. These evergreen plants not only enhance the space but also symbolize renewal, vitality, and care for the environment.
The clean-up event became a great opportunity to strengthen the unity of the university community, as such initiatives foster a responsible attitude toward shared spaces and reinforce a sense of togetherness. Collective work creates not only a tidy environment but also a special atmosphere of mutual support and shared involvement in the development of the institute.
SEI USUCT continues to uphold the tradition of organizing spring clean-up events, as it is through joint efforts that a comfortable, modern, and inspiring educational environment is created.
