On March 24, 2025, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and Kharkiv IT Cluster signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. Among the expected results is the strengthening of ties between the University and the IT sector. This partnership is aimed at expanding the opportunities of students and teachers.

Main areas of cooperation:

• review and development of educational programs that meet modern market requirements;
• access to the IT industry – students will be able to participate in events, undergo internships and consult with experts; get access to real cases from companies already during their studies, which will increase students’ competitiveness in the labor market;
• participation of education seekers in practical workshops and lectures from experts of Kharkiv IT Cluster member companies;
• implementation of modern learning technologies – development of distance learning and digital methods in the educational process; participation of teachers in educational initiatives for advanced training.

Kharkiv IT Cluster is a unique IT ecosystem that is changing the technological landscape of Ukraine and creating the future. The dynamic community of Kharkiv IT Cluster unites advanced Ukrainian IT companies, educational institutions and authorities. Kharkiv IT Cluster also actively participates in accreditation meetings with the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NAQAHE). More than 210 educational institutions have already joined the Kharkiv IT Cluster to jointly implement initiatives that will help students build a career in IT. Currently, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology is among the partners. Understanding that education cannot exist separately from the labor market, through joint efforts we will help students gain not only knowledge, but also practical experience necessary for work in the IT industry.
