Training “How to develop the competencies needed for a leader”

On November 22, 2023, a training was conducted for our students on “How to develop the necessary skills for a leader”.

A leader is a person in a group, for which all others in the group have the right to praise specific decisions in situations that are significant for the group – decisions that promote the interests of others directly indicate the nature of the activities of the entire group.

Trainer Anna Pelip understood and explained to the participants the formula of leadership, relationships and mutual cooperation.

During the training, participants could get to know each other better, try new behavioral strategies from a kind and caring environment, and improve the level of their communication skills.

Participants consolidated their new knowledge in practical activities. With the help of special rights, discussion and discussion revealed the leadership qualities in the students present. Such activities have a motivational purpose – to develop leadership skills in yourself, to work well in a team, to analyze rejected information.
