On January 27–30, 2026, Module 3 “Personnel Management” training was held at NTU “Dnipro Polytechnic” within the framework of the second cycle of the Program for Professional Development of Academic Managers, which is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, British Council Ukraine and the World Bank.

As part of the team of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, the training was attended by the Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology”, Professor Olga Sverdlikovska.

The module program was dedicated to modern approaches to personnel management in higher education institutions, in particular, HR strategies, performance assessment, motivation, professional development, inclusion and well-being of employees.

Participation in the program contributes to the implementation of modern management practices, the development of institutional capacity and strengthening the management potential of the SEI USUCT.
