The Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” (SEI USUCT) of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, Professor Olha Sverdlikovska, took part in the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers, implemented with the support of the World Bank and the British Council.

The training concluded with the final, fourth module “Finance, Projects, Resources”, which took place on March 3–6, 2026, at the Dnipro University of Technology. Participants освоїли modern approaches to financial management, project activities, interaction with business, as well as tools for risk management and the digitalization of management processes.

The program brought together academic leaders from various universities across Ukraine and was aimed at developing managerial competencies and implementing modern approaches to the governance of higher education institutions.

The participation of the SEI USUCT representative in the program will contribute to the further implementation of effective management solutions, the development of educational and scientific initiatives of the institute, and the strengthening of its position in the modern educational landscape.
