From June 13 to 20, 2025, the Department of Economics and Law of the SEI USUCT USUST held an important stage of bachelor’s training – the state certification exam for the educational programs of the specialties 232 “Social Security”, 051 “Economics” and 076 “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchange Activities”.

This session was special for the department because the first-in-history graduation of bachelors in the specialty “Social Security”, focused on training specialists in social entrepreneurship, took place.

19 applicants were admitted to participate in the state certification, who confirmed their professional training within the final stage of the educational process. During the tests, students demonstrated not only theoretical knowledge, but also the ability to conduct practical analysis, strategic thinking, and solve socio-economic problems through entrepreneurial activities.

The certification was conducted by an examination commission formed in accordance with the university order and the current regulations:

• EC Chairman – Olga Yevtushenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management of the Alfred Nobel University;
• Deputy Chairman – Larysa Gonchar, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Law of the National Institute of Economics of the State University

  Based on the results of the state certification, the commission decided to award the applicants a bachelor’s degree.
