The Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies (USUST) proudly congratulates Anna Horenko, a student of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Health, on her outstanding international achievement. At the prestigious Dance World Cup 2026, she won a bronze medal, proudly representing Ukraine among the world’s most talented young dancers.

The Dance World Cup 2026 Finals took place in Dublin, Ireland, from 8 to 18 July, bringing together more than 11,500 participants from 60 countries. Only winners of national qualifying competitions earn the right to compete at the World Finals. Overall, more than 120,000 dancers from over 70 countries participate in the qualifying rounds each season, making the Dance World Cup one of the largest international dance competitions for children and young people.

Anna’s journey to the World Finals began in January 2026, when she successfully competed in the Ukrainian national qualifiers and earned a place on the Ukrainian national team.

In the World Finals, the USUCT Educational and Scientific Institute student competed in an exceptionally strong category featuring 34 of the world’s best young dancers—national champions and prize winners representing their respective countries. Thanks to her outstanding performance, artistry, impeccable technical skills, and unwavering dedication, Anna Horenko added another remarkable achievement to the international record of Ukraine, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies (USUST), and the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology“.
