On October 10, the library of the National Research Institute of the University of Kyiv-Kyrgyzstan hosted a presentation of the book by Volodymyr Melnychenko “Historical and Canonical Handbook for the Orthodox Cossack of Ukraine. Part One”. The event was organized jointly with colleagues from the library of the National Research Institute of the University of Kyiv-Kyrgyzstan “Dnipro Metallurgical Institute”.

The author of the book is a famous Cossack figure and writer, Colonel-General of the Ukrainian Hetman Army Volodymyr Melnychenko. His work, on which he worked for almost a decade, reveals the history of the formation of the Ukrainian people, the development of Orthodoxy and the formation of the Cossacks.

The presentation took place in a warm atmosphere of spiritual uplift and interested communication. The author donated several copies of the book to the university library, and the participants of the event noted its important educational and scientific significance.
