On March 19, 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between SEI “Ukrainian State Chemical and Technological University” of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and PrJSC “INTERCORN CORN PROCESSING INDUSTRY”.

The document was signed by the general director of the enterprise Ihor Kozlovsky, the rector of UDUNT Konstantyn Sukhyi and the acting director of SEU USUCT Olga Sverdlikovska. The event was also attended by the head of the HR department of PrJSC “INTERCORN” Olga Ilyashenko, the technological engineer Dmytro Kozyrko and the head of the department of innovative engineering of SEI USUCT Oleg Kabat.

PJSC “INTERCORN CORN PROCESSING INDUSTRY” is one of the largest producers of starch, syrups and other corn processing products in Europe. The enterprise employs about 400 specialists, among whom a significant number are graduates of our university.

Department of Innovation Engineering of the SEI USUCT under the leadership of Oleg KABAT has been actively cooperating with the enterprise for over two years. As part of the cooperation, students of our institute have been present on several excursions and constantly undergo practical training at the enterprise under the guidance of experienced technologists and mechanics.

Also, PrJSC “INTERCORN CORN PROCESSING INDUSTRY” provides students with the opportunity to master new professions by conducting training on its basis using modular programs, which include theoretical and practical material based on many years of practical experience, knowledge of modern technological processes and equipment,

The signing of the memorandum significantly expands the possibilities of cooperation between the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology and PrJSC “INTERCORN CORN PROCESSING INDUSTRY” both in the scientific and technical and educational spheres of activity.
