Participation of the SEI USUCT in the Second Hackathon of the USUST 2025
On October 22–24, 2025, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (UDUST) hosted a large-scale scientific tournament “Second Hackathon USUST 2025”. For three days, 59 teams from over 30 lyceums, colleges, and higher vocational schools of the Dnipro region worked and competed in five thematic sections:
- Information Technologies and Robotics
- Natural and Technological
- Economics and Humanities
- Construction and Architecture
- Engineering and Materials Science
The Natural and Technological Section operated on the basis of our educational and scientific institute. Under the leadership of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Inorganic Materials Technology and Ecology Ihor Kovalenko, the teams presented 14 projects in waste processing, creation of ecological materials, biotechnology, food innovations, and “green” energy.
