November 21, 2025 was a busy and especially bright day for our institute. First, the team of the NNI “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” took part in the Open Day of Education Fest USUST, and an hour later – supported its participants in the final of the “Miss and Mr. USUST 2025” competition.

Before the start of the competition program, the hall of the Palace of Culture of UDUNT turned into a lively platform for science and creativity. Among the expositions of the university’s educational and scientific institutes, our team presented areas of training, laboratory capabilities and examples of student work. Future applicants were actively interested in specialties, admission requirements and what Chemtech is today. The atmosphere was truly dynamic – a lot of communication, demonstrations and sincere questions from students and their parents.

And in the evening, all attention shifted to the hall of the Palace of Culture, where the final of the “Miss and Mr. USUST 2025” competition took place. 11 students from different institutes took part in this year’s show, including two representatives of the NNI of USUCT: Alina Legka (gr. 1-Iv.Men-6, Faculty of Economics, Humanities and Law) and Viktor Kuroyedov (gr. 4-CB-52, Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology).

Our participants confidently passed all stages – the fashion show, the creative competition “My Superpower” and the final dance performance. It was professional, emotional, with bright artistry.

According to the results of the esteemed jury, Viktor Kuroyedov received the title Mr. Charismatic, and Alina Legka was elected Miss USUST 2025.

This is a real victory for our institute, and a wonderful confirmation of the talents and drive of USUCT students.

We sincerely congratulate Alina and Viktor on their victory and thank everyone who supported our participants in the hall! We also thank future applicants and their families who visited the Open Day and showed interest in our educational programs.

SEI USUCT is a place where science, creativity and student energy combine. We are glad that this day showed it in the best possible way.
