The conference was attended by well-known scientists and budding researchers from universities and institutions of Ukraine and abroad, in particular the University of Nottingham School of Biosciences, (Nottingham, Great Britain), Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan University (city Shymkent, Kazakhstan), University of Economics (Varna, Bulgaria), Lankaran State University (Lenkoran, Azerbaijan), Wyzsza Szkola Zdorowia Urody i Edukacji w Poxnanie (Poznan, Poland), Typhoon-2000 LLC ( Kharkiv, Ukraine).

The participants of the conference discussed the key, most relevant aspects of innovative technology of food production and the restaurant industry, the formation of strategic and operational solutions to food safety issues and methods of determining the adulteration of food products, the use of Ukraine’s domestic potential in providing adequate nutrition to the population.
