On November 17, 2025, the team of the SEI USUCT of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology visited the general secondary education institution “Solonyansky Lyceum”, where they met with 11th grade students as part of the university’s career guidance work.

The delegation included the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, professor of the Department of Chemical Technologies of Ceramics, Glass and Biomedical Materials Olga Petrovna Ryzhova, associate professors of the department Yaroslava Ivanivna Koltsova and Alexei Aleksandrovich Sigunov, as well as the leading specialist of the marketing and career guidance department Vitalina Volodymyrivna Shcherbyna.

During the meeting, the teachers told the high school students about the opportunities for studying at USUST, the features of the admission campaign and the advantages of studying under the institute’s modern educational programs. Students learned about a wide range of specialties of the SEI USUCT – from chemical technologies to innovative materials and areas related to industrial and scientific developments.

The atmosphere of communication was relaxed and open: eleventh graders asked many questions about studies, student life, internships and employment prospects. University representatives noted the interest of the students and their willingness to learn more about future professions.
