On December 28, 2023, on the basis of the Zoological Museum of DNU named after Oles Honchar, a regular meeting of the Regional Committee of the Russian Academy of Sciences was held, in which the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of UDHTU took part.

The Zoological Museum is, without exaggeration, a unique historical place of our region, which has more than 100 years of history. It should be noted that the Zoological Museum clearly shows the impact of man on the environment. Currently, the museum exhibits more than 1,000 specimens of local and world fauna.

Young scientists had the opportunity to see unique exhibits and learn new useful information.
