On April 18, 2025, an important meeting was held on the territory of the company “Agro-Oven” marking the beginning of a new stage of cooperation between the leading enterprise and the educational and scientific institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology”. Representatives of the university visited the company “Agro-Oven” to discuss the prospects of a mutually beneficial partnership and specific steps for its implementation.

In a friendly and constructive atmosphere, the financial director of the Agro-Oven corporation Iryna Mikhailova, the director of the department of standardization, certification and quality of the corporation Artem Ratushenko, the financial director of the corporation Olexy Tolkachov, the acting director of the SEI USUCT, professor of the Department of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Olga Sverdlikovska, the head of the Department of PA and ZhCT, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Yuriy Sknar, and the deputy dean of the Faculty of Food and Chemical Technologies, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Anna Gura met.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to cooperation, focusing on areas that will bring maximum benefit to both students and the university, as well as the Agro-Oven enterprise.

The key areas of cooperation were the integration of education and production, within which the further possibility of involving representatives of the Agro-Oven corporation in the development of educational programs, which will ensure their compliance with modern production requirements and will allow to prepare graduates with the necessary competencies, was discussed. An equally important issue was the practical training of students, and the issue of organizing internships, practices and dual education for students of the USUST National Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences was considered on the basis of the corporation. This will allow students to gain valuable practical experience, and the enterprise to get acquainted with potential future employees.

The meeting was held in a businesslike and friendly atmosphere. Representatives of the Agro-Oven corporation expressed interest in cooperation with the USUST National Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences and emphasized the importance of training highly qualified personnel for the development of the enterprise and the industry as a whole. Representatives of the university, in turn, emphasized their readiness for active cooperation and implementation of joint initiatives.

This meeting is an important step towards strengthening partnership relations between education and production. It is expected that the implementation of the agreements reached during the meeting will contribute to improving the quality of education, developing innovations and ensuring the training of competitive specialists for the regional economy.
