Lecturers from the Department of Energy joined the first lecture on energy efficiency within the framework of the UKRENERGY project
On October 3, 2025, the lecturers of the Department of Energy of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology took part in the first online lecture of the series organized within the framework of the international project UKRENERGY (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-GBHE-STRAND-2, ID 101082898).
The lecture was delivered by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation of the Institute of Construction and Engineering Systems of the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” Orest Tarasovych Voznyak. The topic of the speech – “Energy saving by creating a dynamic microclimate” – was dedicated to modern methods of energy saving and creating an optimal microclimate in buildings.
The lecture discussed practical aspects of implementing energy-efficient solutions, as well as their impact on improving the carbon footprint of the building stock. The lecturers of the Department of Energy had the opportunity to exchange experience and gain new knowledge for further use in the educational process and scientific research.
The UKRENERGY project is aimed at developing innovative master’s courses that combine modern technologies and practical solutions to increase energy efficiency and sustainable development of the construction sector of Ukraine.
