On March 18, 2025, a webinar was held within the framework of cooperation between the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” (SEI USUCT) of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and the branch of the “Separate Unit “Khmelnytskyi NPP”” (VP “Khmelnytskyi NPP”) of the National Nuclear Power Generating Company “Energoatom”.

The event was aimed at familiarizing students and teachers with the activities of the enterprise, internship opportunities and employment prospects for graduates.

Representatives of the VP “Khmelnytskyi NPP” joined the online meeting:

• Sergiy Osadchy – acting Head of the educational and training center of the branch of the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant;
• Volodymyr Guz – Head of the chemical department.

On the part of the university, more than 50 students and teachers of the technological and information departments of the SEI USUCT took part in the webinar.

Representatives of one of the key energy enterprises of Ukraine spoke about the history of the Khmelnytskyi NPP, the specifics of its work, working conditions and career prospects. Special attention was paid to the issues of social security of employees – the enterprise offers competitive wages, a flexible system of bonuses and one of the best social packages among industrial enterprises in Ukraine.
