Interactive and science from the SEI USUCT at Dnipro Education City 2026
The Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies took part in the citywide career guidance festival Dnipro Education City 2026, which was held in Dnipro on April 25–26 and brought together educational institutions of various levels — from schools and colleges to universities.
As part of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, the institute traditionally presented a comprehensive and interactive exhibition. The location of the SEI UDKhTU stood out for its variety of visual materials, demonstrations, and practical activities that allowed prospective students to better understand the specifics of modern chemical-technological and environmental specialties.
Representatives of the departments actively interacted with visitors, provided consultations on admission, education, and professional opportunities, and involved school students in interactive activities that helped them try themselves in future professions.
Special attention was paid to the presentation of modern scientific developments carried out within the framework of projects of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. In particular, Professor of the Department of Inorganic Substances Technology and Ecology Margarita Skyba, together with representative of the authors’ team Olena Velychko, presented the results of a scientific project from the competition “Advanced Science in Ukraine 2026–2028.”
The participation of the SEI UDKhTU in the festival became an important element of career guidance work, combining the popularization of science, the demonstration of real research, and direct dialogue with prospective applicants. This format allows young people not only to receive information about education, but also to see prospects for professional development in fields that shape the future.
