In the Art Space of the SEI USUCT, an exhibition of student graphics titled “Fragments” was opened.

On 8 May 2026, the exhibition “Fragments” was opened in the Art Space of the SEI “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” of USUST. The exhibition presented graphic works by students of the SEI “Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture”, showcasing an authorial vision of reality through contemporary artistic graphics.

The exhibition became part of a joint initiative of structural units of USUST and transformed the Art Space into a platform for creative dialogue between students, lecturers, and admirers of contemporary art. The presented works combined graphic expressiveness, emotional depth, and a conceptual approach to interpreting the surrounding environment.

The exhibition was officially opened by the Director of the SEI USUCT, Professor Olha Sverdlikovska, who emphasized the importance of artistic projects for the development of student creativity and the formation of a contemporary cultural environment within the university. She noted the depth, emotional richness, and artistic integrity of the presented works.

The Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Associate Professor Oleksandr Harlan, highlighted the importance of attentive perception of space and reality as a foundation for the professional development of future architects.

The concept of the exhibition was presented by Assistant of the Department of Fundamentals of Architecture, Synthesis of Arts and Cultural Heritage Nataliia Zacharchuk. She outlined the process of forming creative projects—from initial ideas to completed graphic compositions.

The exhibition “Fragments” became not only a showcase of student works but also a space of interinstitutional interaction that united different approaches to creativity and visual culture. Visitors noted the originality of the exposition, its emotional intensity, and meaningful content, which sparked active discussion and interest.

Special gratitude was expressed to the event hosts—students of the SEI USUCT Oleksandra Sniehur and Alina Hordiienko—for organizing the event and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Such initiatives confirm that the Art Space of the SEI USUCT is an important platform for the development of student creativity, interdisciplinary interaction, and the formation of a modern cultural environment within the university.
