Guide competition at the Museum of History of USUCT
On the eve of International Museum Day, which is celebrated annually on May 18, a tour guide competition was held at the Museum of History of the National Institute of Chemistry and Technology of the USUCT. This traditional event is aimed at identifying creative students, developing their oratorical skills, and deepening their knowledge of the history of our university.
This year, two students took part in the competition, who tried themselves as tour guides for the first time. Despite their debut, the girls approached the task with creativity and enthusiasm. They conducted author’s tours, presenting interesting facts from the history of ChemTech and talking about the museum’s exhibits.
The competition was held in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The jury members noted the diligence and original approach of the participants.
The Museum of History of the National Institute of Chemistry and Technology of the USUCT invites all interested students to join the tour guide team and try themselves in the interesting role of custodians of the university’s memory. And ahead is the celebration of Chemist’s Day, which both the museum and the entire university community are eagerly awaiting.
Thank you to the trade union committee of the SEI USUCT for supporting the event and creating a festive atmosphere!
