On March 11, 2026, students and lecturers of the Department of Management and Finance of SEI USUCT joined the guest online lecture “Modern Business Challenges and Problems of Enterprise Management in the Context of Digital Transformation” delivered by Denys Korolov, Director of the corporation “Detal Vahon Group”, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of SEI DIIT of USUST.

The lecture was organized by the Department of Economics and Management of SEI DIIT within the framework of the educational and professional program “Management and Administration” of the specialty D3 “Management” (first level of higher education).

During the meeting, the discussion focused on modern challenges faced by enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The speaker emphasized that digitalization involves not only the implementation of new technologies but also changes in management approaches, business process organization, and corporate culture.

Special attention was paid to personnel management issues, cybersecurity concerns, resource limitations, and the need to adapt business models to dynamic market conditions.

The lecture also highlighted the importance of developing digital resilience of enterprises, which includes investments in human capital development, data protection, flexibility of managerial decisions, and the ability to implement organizational change.

The event became a valuable platform for discussing актуальні issues of modern management and contributed to broadening the professional outlook of students.
