At our Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State Chemical-Technological University” USUCT, you are the driving force of change. You are lecturers shaping the new generation of engineers and scientists. You are researchers working on modern technologies, expanding the horizons of science, and upholding the authority of the Ukrainian chemical school. You are managers making responsible decisions, maintaining stability, and promoting strategic development. You are students whose pursuit of knowledge lays the foundation for the future.

Special words of gratitude go to our administrative and support staff. It is your daily, often unnoticed but extremely responsible work that ensures the smooth operation of the institute. You create order, comfort, and organizational reliability, without which neither the educational process nor scientific achievements would be possible. Thanks to your dedication and professionalism, our shared space remains stable, cohesive, and effective.

Today, in the face of the country’s complex challenges, the role of women has become even greater. You combine professional activity with volunteering, caring for families, and supporting colleagues and students. You demonstrate an example of endurance, dignity, and responsibility. And it is thanks to such women that not only the university stands firm – but Ukraine does as well.

Thank you for your daily work, for scientific integrity, for loyalty to academic values, for your ability to inspire and support. Thank you for the atmosphere of mutual respect, intelligence, and strength that you create within our team.
